How this reading is built
We use an editorial model of documented positions, not an AI improvising a programme. The person responsible for each area carries more weight; general coordination also influences it. Differences appear as tensions, rather than disappearing into a compatibility score. Positions without sufficient evidence remain open. There is no correct-government rating or prediction of success.
Housing, land and territory contributes historical context to the team. This initial model does not assign specific housing proposals without sufficient evidence.
